J. Michael Manley has been a proud resident of the Greenville area since 1999. He is happily married to Vicki and is a loving father of three sons. Before transitioning to a successful career in real estate, he owned a foreclosure management company. With over 21 years of real estate experience, J. Michael has become a seasoned expert in the field, serving both buyers and sellers with dedication and professionalism. He holds certifications with Prudential, Sirva, Cartus, and USAA Relocation, demonstrating his commitment to providing top-notch service to clients, including those relocating to and from Greenville. J. Michael's expertise in the real estate industry has allowed him to help countless families with their relocation needs. Beyond his professional achievements, J. Michael has a passion for mentoring and coaching real estate agents across the country. He takes great pride in sharing his knowledge and experience to empower others in their real estate careers. When he's not immersed in the real estate world, J. Michael enjoys spending time in the great outdoors. His favorite pastimes include hiking through scenic landscapes and embarking on kayaking adventures. These outdoor activities provide him with the perfect balance to his busy professional life, allowing him to unwind and rejuvenate. In addition to his real estate career, J. Michael previously served in the Army as a military policeman for 8 years with the South Carolina National Guard. He also gained valuable experience working for NASCAR, PGA, and LPGA as an event manager after college, showcasing his versatility and adaptability in various roles throughout his life.
