The challenge for home buyers looking to buy a home in Greenville is finding a home to buy. As spring time is well underway, we are seeing a hot market. Great properties are selling like hot pancakes. This market condition definitely favors the sellers. Hot properties like the one listed above that sell for $250,000 ( Check out the complete home details here) will be out of the market soon.
The upside for home buyers buying this year is the fact that interest rates on home loans are lower. The average mortgage rate in SC on a 30 yr-fixed loan is 4.4% and 3.8% for 15-year fixed loan.
