Throughout the years of diligently serving home buyers and home sellers in the Upstate, The Livian Estates Team has received awards and recognitions from REAL Trends and Keller Williams Realty, undoubtedly some of the big names in the brokerage industry.
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to help us streamline our processes, support our agents, and ensure a world-class experience for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your job as an Operations Coordinator will be both dynamic and rewarding. Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll be doing:
Create and Improve Systems
You’ll build and manage systems that keep the team running smoothly. This includes everything from customer service processes to team communication and office management.
Help the Team Grow
You’ll support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and helping onboard new team members. You’ll also lead training sessions to make sure everyone is set up for success.
Deliver Amazing Client Experiences
From listing a property to closing the deal, you’ll ensure clients have a seamless and positive experience. This includes coordinating photography, staging, and working with agents, attorneys, and mortgage brokers.
Keep Things Organized
You’ll manage team expenses, keep track of important documents, and make sure everything is compliant and on schedule.
Always Look for Ways to Improve
You’ll document processes and find ways to make them even better, creating a playbook for success.
