Foodie Destination of the Week |
The restaurant scene in greater Greenville has exploded off the past decade with new restaurants springing up here and there. Downtown Greenville alone has brought an array of tasty cuisines to pick from which makes it a great place for anyone who wants to try different culinary experiences. This week, we’ll highlight one of the best places to dine and experience Greenville’s gastronomic delights.
Saskatoon Steaks, Fish & Wild Game
One look at the place and you will feel like you’re in a Northwestern mountain lodge. Previously located at 477 Haywood Road, they have moved their entire operation to a much larger 9-acred home at 681 Halton Road. Their current space is divided with a dining area for larger groups and intimate dining experiences. Aside from serving dinner, Saskatoon is open for private events, corporate events, and weddings. The events space has its own bar, and a bright room and an outside patio area, as well as a large green space.
A local favorite, Saskatoon restaurant has long been known for offering wild game such as bison, elk, kangaroo, and alligator, in addition to a more standard offering of steaks and fish. They are also known for their excellent service. It’s a great place for special events and intimate dinners.
