     Foodie Destination of the Week

The restaurant scene in greater Greenville has exploded off the past decade with new restaurants springing up here and there. Downtown Greenville alone has brought an array of tasty cuisines to pick from which makes it a great place for anyone who wants to try different culinary experiences. This week, we’ll highlight one of the best places to dine and experience Greenville’s gastronomic delights.

    Kairos Greek Kitchen

Kairos Greek Kitchen is a great addition to the redeveloped shopping center in Lewis Plaza in Augusta Road bringing a fresh, new concept of serving Greek-inspired dishes.

They’ll let you build your own salads or bowls with a base of basmati rice or pita with falafel. Options include lamb, meatballs, and chicken. Spreads include hummus, red pepper feta, baba ghanoush, tzatziki, and harissa. Everything is made in-house. Kairos is all about everyday Greek food served in a fast casual way. Pick your base, add some protein, and spread it on.

True enough, the restaurant sports a laid-back look. Interiors are done in Greek blue and white. The ambiance is welcoming, the service excellent, and the food, always fresh and delicious. Pop in any time at midday for lunch or later for dinner to get your Greek fix.
