The restaurant scene in greater Greenville has exploded off the past decade with new restaurants springing up here and there. Downtown Greenville alone has brought an array of tasty cuisines to pick from which makes it a great place for anyone who wants to try different culinary experiences. This week, we’ll highlight one of the best places to dine and experience Greenville’s gastronomic delights.
Due South Coffee Roasters
This specialty coffee roaster and cafe found a new home at Hampton Station after leaving Taylors Mill. Since opening at this new location, they have been offering a full food program, wine and even homemade ice cream in addition to their popular cold brew.
They have one of the best coffee in town and you won’t be disappointed with your drink nor your food because they focused on complementing each, They serve heavy options during breakfast, brunch, and lunch then transition into thoughtful smaller plates in the afternoon.
If you have been in their previous location at Taylors Mill you will notice a lot of change when it comes to the exterior of the cafe. While it is smaller than the previous one, you will see it is much more concerted in its design and layout. Within view of the coffee shop is the brew lab where staff customers can get education and explanation of the product from their knowledgeable staff. Good food and excellent coffee, this is one great place to hangout in Hampton Station.

The real estate commission is usually the biggest fee a seller pays — 5 percent to 6 percent of the sale price. So if you are selling a $200,000 home, you could pay up to $12,000 in the real estate commission.
Imagine if you get 25% off on commission? Watch.
