Have You Visited Greenville’s First Ever Dog-Focused Bar Yet?

Are you struggling to find a good spot to hang out with your dog in tow? Your search is now over! Having opened back in July 2018, The Unleashed Dog Bar is the brainchild of Kelly Eisenbrown and her husband. While there are many breweries, bars, and restaurant patios around Greenville that are dog-friendly, your dogs must remain on their leashes. This is the only and first bar in the Greenville area where you no longer have to restrain your dogs as you enjoy a glass of beer or wine.

Combine your love for pups and drinks

When you step into The Unleashed Dog Bar, you’ll be welcomed in with barks and wagging tails.  Kelly – the heart of the business – will likely follow suit in greeting you with her genuine smiles and tasty beverages.

What’s on tap? Budlight, Pale Ale, Lager, Sierra, to name a few. Can’t do beer? They have cider. Don’t like cider? They have wine.  They don’t serve food on site but you are free to bring in food from your favorite local restaurant.

The Unleashed Bar is sort of an oasis for any dog loving person. It is one part dog park and one part bar, and a perfect example of how dog-friendly the Greenville area has grown. Dogs can run freely in a partially covered off-the-leash dog park and there’s also a place where you can hang out with other dog lover fellow while enjoying a glass of wine, mimosas, beer, and plenty of TV’s.

They host a lot of activities and seasonal events. For instance, every Tuesday they have Music Bingo and every Wednesday they do Trivia. Aside from events, they are very active in supporting animal causes.

They also take safety and enjoyment very seriously. All dogs must have an annual membership or day pass to enter and must be up to date on vaccinations, including Parvo, Bordetella, and Rabies. They also feature a strong set of dog park rules to keep everyone safe.

The annual membership only cost $20 and $15  for each additional dog in the same household. The day pass fee is $5 per dog starting in 2019.

Just as exercising and socializing are important to humans, exercising and socializing are also important to dogs. If you are looking for a place to hang out with your fido while you enjoy a beer, head to The Unleashed Dog Bar.
